The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
Shipping delivery time within India 5 to 7 days. Shipping delivery time for international orders is 10 to 15days
We offer various shipping options, and you can select your preferred method during checkout. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next day. Orders made during weekends or public holidays will be sent from our warehouse on the following business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we cannot modify the delivery address once your order has been placed. We regret to inform you that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We advise checking with your local customs office before placing an order, as these fees can be significant and are not calculated by us.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
